To stir and mobilize

To handle change properly requires being everywhere and quite a lot of agitation. What we mean is to communicate few key messages to everybody.  You may think that to say a little but often and everywhere is an old-fashioned way of working at a time of complicated changes. On the contrary: to be coherent and constant when you repeat strong messages allows an evolving company to build up new references.

But this is not enough, one has also to mobilize, i.e. do exactly the contrary: to explain in a very structured and detailed way your vision of the future organization (and of its new practices), to your key staff members.

Training

To put in place new management practices means the definition and allocation of new tasks within the company. In so far as the “process and/or audit ISO9001/2000” roles and responsibilities are concerned, Gate-16 offers three solutions:

Train the trainer: we will train your people in charge of processes and audits. We will test them until they get the sufficient material and level of knowledge so that they are able to take over internal training courses.

Process Management Training: if you work with a network of decentralized people in charge of process (activity channels) / procedures (documents which describe processes), our trainers will provide tailor-made trainings to these people.  These training courses are divided into two parts:
- the first part is focused on the process management framework in your enterprise;
- the second part is focused on “how to design flowcharts” (notation+ tools).

Coaching on the job: But to be trained for a new job is not always enough. According to the complexity of the tasks to be performed, your staff may take advantage of an individual support when performing their new tasks for the first time. Our experts will accompany them until they are fully able to fulfill their new job in complete autonomy..
