BACKGROUND

 
Gate-16 is an IT service provider created in 2007 and located in Brussels, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and, more recently, in the USA. The organisation focuses on three dimensions: “People, Processes, Technologies”. 
 
 
The services that Gate-16 offer are three-fold:
 
  • Organisational consultancy focused on managing processes, audits and software design;
  • Implementation and optimisation of ITO organisations (IT outsourcing);
  • Recruitment of IT candidates
     
  • We carry out projects and oversee interim management tasks in these areas.
  Generally, our projects have the following features:
 
  • Implementing management strategies;
  • Operating between business and IT departments;
  • Aligning operating modes with standardized repositories.
 
 
Our clients are large organisations from various sectors:
Energy (Sibelga), Engineering (TUC RAIL, Infrabel), Banking-Insurance (ING, Crelan, Federal Insurance),
Telecom Operators (Mobistar/Orange) and IT (Dimension Data), national public sector (Ministry of the Region of Brussels) and international (Eurocontrol).

This coupled with commercial long-term contracts -all one year or more than one year- for the technical team allows us to adopt a 100% self-financing strategy for our development projects.
 
OUR organisation

 

Mr Alexandre Ferrero
 
Manages the IT Headhunting division and HR services. He boasts a record of recruiting more than 80 high level IT professionals (network / infrastructure / application) over the last four years.
 
 
Mr Charles Kemper
 
Manages the "Solutions" division, which covers all our design application needs, development projects and operates our mega applications.
 

Mr Seyit Safak
 
An expert in large Infrastructure expert for DC (several hundred machines), he provides leadership for the network, infra and application teams for the GIS & BI base layers. This team is set to grow considerably in the coming years.
 
These three individuals have extensive experience in their respective fields and are responsible for managing client obligations.
All our engineers have university or engineering experience.
