Project Description: Reorganisation of a support team of engineers in charge of dealing withservice requests for network services, security, IT, telephony and
videoconferencing. The mission included the creation of an IT Service Catalogue, detailed documentation of the services to be rendered (Service Design Package), an assessment of the team's technical skills, and a proper redeployment of resources to ensure effective management of customer requests.

Project size: The MNST2.0 team consists of 15 engineers who process an average of 100 incidents and 300 service requests (tasks) per month. Dimitri Hadjistratis took charge of the project management and fulfilled the role of "Senior Consultant".
