As a Product Owner, your primary responsibility is to serve as the bridge between the development team and the stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the development team. The teams of our client (an European institution) are working in a squad model.
Mission
You create an actionable product roadmap
You Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
You groom and prioritize backlog, come up with backlog items align with larger business objectives and implement the most efficient sequence of development
You develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
You set spring goals
You write acceptance tests
You plan release and upgrades
You follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
You analyze preferences and requests of clients
Technical skills
You have 5 years of experience in a product owner position
You possess strong leadership and ability to create a vision
You enjoy to use HMW concept, statement, sketch and diagram
You have hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
You have a deep understanding and experience with agile methodology
You have a technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
You are driven by the desire to automate and scale everything
You have the ability to work cross functional teams to deliver on a common goal
You have experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable product (MVP)
