As a Business Analyst, you support the development and improvement of applications related to Osiris -a mega app dedicated to road occupancy in the Brussels Regio- in collaboration with our GIS Engineers who are designing, analysing and modelling data to create cartography and data visualization.
Mission
Your mission is to:
Facilitate the digitization of operations, workflows or management of our activities;
Evaluate and optimize the maintenance, transformation and processes;
Collect business needs of client and translate them into technical and functional specifications;
Simplify business workflows, analyse incidents and problems, and define technical solutions;
Measure and analyze the impact of digital transformation projects on business performance;
Drive technological and digital innovation projects from ideation to implementation;
Train and support internal teams and/or users in the adoption of new technologies;
Analyse market trends and technological innovations to identify new opportunities for digitalization;
Participate in meetings with the Project Manager and ensure a good flow of information between the
various stakeholders;
Model high level data and contribute to reporting;
Test new versions of the software, follow up on reported defects, make recommendations to developers
and set priorities.
Technical skills
You show strong interest in technological innovation and the AI Generative sector;
Mastering IT tools like SQL or Power BI is considered an advantage;
You have GIS knowledge;
You are familiar with current application architectures, microservices, IoT frameworks;
You have notion of relational database design and management ;
Knowledge of the mobility, urban planning or transport sector is a plus.
General skills
You have a Master’s degree or Engineering degree;
You have at least four years of experience in a similar role;
Ideally, you benefit from experience in digital and innovative project management;
Good analytical capabilities, you think out of the box and are known to be a “problem-solver”;
You have good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous.
Languages
You are fluent in French and a good level in Dutch is a plus.
